As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring that sound research and analysis methods are used and that stakeholder needs are identified and addressed. You will promote the use of quality assurance best practices and encourage proactive sharing of information and analytic results to encourage evidence-informed decision-making throughout the department. In addition, your role will be to deliver reporting and analysis on various child care projects, including supporting deliverables associated with the Canada-Alberta Early Learning and Child Care Agreement, in a timely and effective manner.

To be successful in this role, you must keep up to date on emerging trends within the field of early learning and child care and incorporate this knowledge into your data-driven world. You must also bring knowledge and experience in all aspects of quality assurance and reporting, as well as strong project management and time management skills. You must have the ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
