Role
Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Procurement and System Optimization Secretariat, you will provide strategic leadership, direction, and coordination of contracted services delivery performance monitoring and reporting. This includes contract performance management, contract service delivery, provincial quality standards and contract monitoring, contract benefits realization and reporting, contract data standards and vendor performance and reporting as well as policies and procedures management. You will be responsible to develop and provide strategic advice on contracting, vendors, supply chain and quality, performance management. Your excellent communication and influential skills will lend to strong networks and relationships with complex stakeholders and partners.  You have experience leading strong teams accountable for service delivery and you demonstrate an understanding of government and department priorities.  

 


Qualifications
Success in this role calls for a progressive leader with a background that includes significant related senior management leadership experience. You bring a strong understanding of contract monitoring and vendor management, quality assurance and monitoring and contract standards as well as strong fiduciary experience.  You bring demonstrated experience leading complex programs as well as an ability to work effectively with stakeholders to manage diverse expectations and interests.  You can demonstrate the ability to collaborate and influence change across multiple areas without direct authority.  A respected leader with experience leading staff, you are committed to building strong lines of communication and trust as well as empowering your teams to achieve results through performance excellence.  A related degree is preferred.

 

 

Salary
 $5,082.46 - $6,679.30 bi-weekly ($132,652 - $174,329 annually)
