Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Team Lead, Forms and Technical Services, this role supports a specialized team responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of electronic forms for ministries across the Government of Alberta. You will work closely with clients and technical specialists to translate business needs, processes, and regulatory requirements into effective, compliant, and accessible forms solutions aligned with GoA standards, including WCAG and Visual Identity Guidelines.
This role applies strong business analysis skills to gather and document requirements, support solution design, and validate deliverables. While not focused on hands-on development, you will provide business context, support testing activities, and contribute to the responsible use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve form design, data quality, and service efficiency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- A diploma in a related field plus a minimum of two (2) years of experience in business analysis and/or project management.
Preference will be given to applicants who have demonstrated their experience in
- Process analysis
- Experience with government forms design standards
- Government forms management policies and procedures
- Government forms design standards; and
- AI technologies
Equivalencies:
- A related bachelors degree with no related experience; or
- A related one-year certificate and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience; or
- A minimum of four (4) years of related experience in lieu of formal education
